The cuci cuci registration process is quick and takes less than 3 minutes. Click the "Register" button in the top right corner of the page, enter your Malaysia phone number, choose a strong password, then verify your account via the OTP code sent to your number. Once done, your account is immediately active and ready for your first deposit.
cuci cuci is a platform for players aged 18 and above only. This is a non-negotiable policy to ensure a responsible gaming experience. Age verification will be carried out during the KYC process. Any account found to have been registered by an underage user will be terminated immediately.

cuci cuci accepts a wide range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including FPX bank transfer (all major banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, MAE by Maybank, and other digital wallets. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We are constantly adding new payment methods based on member feedback.
The minimum deposit at cuci cuci starts from just RM30, making it highly accessible to players of all levels. The maximum deposit limit depends on your chosen payment method and account tier. VIP members enjoy higher deposit limits to accommodate larger gameplay needs.
Deposits via FPX and eWallet are typically credited to your cuci cuci account within 1 to 5 minutes. If your deposit has not arrived after 15 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of transaction (a screenshot of your payment receipt). We will review and resolve the issue promptly.

Rollover or re-wagering means you must use (wager) the bonus amount received a set number of times before you can withdraw funds related to that bonus. For example, if you receive an RM100 bonus with a 5x rollover, you must place RM500 in wagers before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
