3 Registration & Account Management
When registering a cuci cuci account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, phone number, email address and any other information required for the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
Password Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. cuci cuci recommends using a unique, strong password (combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols) and changing it regularly.
- Notify cuci cuci immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization;
- Do not share your login details with anyone, including cuci cuci staff — we will never ask for your password;
- Enable the two-factor authentication (2FA) feature provided for added protection;
- Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Deposit:

- Final Results: All game results are final once a round is completed. Any dispute regarding game outcomes must be submitted to the cuci cuci support team within 48 hours after the game ends;
- Technical Disruptions: In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, cuci cuci will attempt to restore the game to its last valid state. If restoration is not possible, the relevant bets will be fully refunded;

- Registering or using an account on behalf of another person;
- Spreading false or misleading information regarding identity, age, or financial details;
- Any action that could damage the reputation, security, or operations of the cuci cuci platform.
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances including wins, and if necessary, legal action taken against the party concerned.
8 Account Closure & Suspension
By Members: You may request closure of your cuci cuci account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances (excluding bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be processed for withdrawal subject to KYC verification.
By Cuci Cuci: cuci cuci reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if:

- Cuci cuci is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform;
- Cuci cuci's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim;
- Cuci cuci is not liable for any losses arising from internet connection failures, device issues or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
11 Terms Amendment
